Subject SPDI: Sensitive personal data provided for background verification, such as:

  • Salary slips, appointment letters, qualification documents
  • Scanned ID/address proof (where voluntarily submitted)
  • Health reports (shared through Facilitators)

Usage Data and Analytics:

  • Date/time of access, session duration, pages viewed
  • Chat interactions and support logs

  • To personalize user experience and analyze traffic

E. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

We collect and process personal information for the following purposes:

  • To deliver Services (Employee Background Verification, Tenancy verification, Support Staff Verification, and allied services, etc.)

  • To facilitate communication and respond to queries
  • To generate reports for Client Users or Facilitators

  • For analytics, quality control, training, and product improvement

F. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

  • With Client Users: Information of Subject Users is shared with Client Users who initiated the background verification process.
  • With Facilitators: Data is shared with diagnostic labs or third parties engaged for drug testing, education or employment verifications or other verification bodies.
  • Legal Compliance: Data may be disclosed to regulatory authorities, courts, or law enforcement if legally required.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the Company or its assets, your data may be transferred accordingly.
  • With Affiliates: Personal Information may be shared with subsidiaries or group companies that provide the same level of data protection.
  • Anonymized Aggregates: We may publish aggregated, anonymized insights for marketing, analytics, or business purposes.

G. DATA RETENTION

  • Subject SPDI will be retained for a period of 6 months post-completion of Services, unless requested otherwise by the Client User.

H. CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFERS

If data is transferred outside India, it will only be to jurisdictions that ensure an equivalent or higher level of data protection as per Indian law.

I. DATA SECURITY
