Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) of www.factsuite.com(hereinafter, “the Website”) provides for the manner in which the users receiving the Service (defined below) through the Website (hereinafter referred to as “Client User”), from QuinPro Info Services Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Factsuite" or “Company”) and its subsidiaries and affiliates, can cancel the Services and receive refund.
This Policy is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder, as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes, as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

The User may contact the Company at Grievance@factsuite.com(“Grievance Officer”), in case of any questions, opinions or suggestions about the Policy or Personal Information protection, and the Company shall endeavor to revert to the User within 30 days, under normal circumstances.
Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Service.
At the sole discretion of the Company, if it believes that the Client User is abusing the Company’s cancellation/refund policy, Company reserves the right to ban the Client User’s account and restrict all future use of its Services.
By the Company:
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any Order for any reason, without any claims or liability to pay any charges or interest on any amount paid by the Client User.
If the Company requires additional details or information before confirming any Order and the same is not provided or the details provided is not satisfactory the Company reserves the right to cancel any Order, without any claims or liability to pay any charges or interest on any amount paid by the Client User.
2. By the User:
A Client User can cancel any Order placed and paid for as per the Terms of Service, if the same is cancelled within:
business days from the time the Order is paid for, in case the Client User has opted for Standard TAT as provided under the Terms of Service;
business days from the time the Order is paid for, in case the Client User has opted for Fastrack TAT, as provided under the Terms of Service.("Valid Cancellation”)
In the event the Company refuses to provide Service or cancels the Order by itself, due to no fault of the Client User (as per Para C I.(b) or (c) above or any other reason), 100% of the Charges (as defined under the Terms of Service) associated with the component shall be refunded.
In the event a component is deemed to be Unable To Verify or, as per the Terms of Service, 100% of the Charges associated with the component shall be refunded.
In the event the Company is unable to complete the Order within the Fastrack TAT shared with the Client User, the Client User shall be eligible for a refund on the surcharge charged for expediting the turn-around time.
In the event the Company receives a request for a Valid Cancellation, refund in relation to the relevant Order will be paid within 15-20 business days from the date of the approval being granted by the Company.
In the event a payment gateway charges a payment gateway fees to the Company, the Company shall deduct such payment gateway charges from the refundable amount and the Client User will receive the refund after such deduction.
The Charges being refunded will be returned to the payment method (credit card, bank account, UPI etc). that the relevant Client User initially used to make the payment.
